IIBIT is located in the heart of CBD in both Sydney and Adelaide. The campus building is fully air-conditioned and classrooms are spacious providing relaxed atmosphere for students to study. Labs are equipped with latest technology computers for students to use. At IIBIT free Internet access is provided for all our students to keep in touch with their family, friends and loved ones.
Being in the heart of CBD, public transport is just steps away and the buildings are surrounded by cafes, parks & shops and a wide variety of department stores.

Teaching Methods

The classes at IIBIT consist of lectures with experienced and qualified lecturers and practical tutorial sessions. There will be 2 to 3 hours of lectures and 1 to 2 hours of tutorials per course per week. Lecturers and tutors are readily approachable outside of class times to assist students with their academic work by e-mail. Our teaching method allows the students to reach their full potential.
IIBIT also conducts seminars from time to time on special subjects.

Assessment Methods

Assessment methods vary from course to course and will be mentioned in the course description, which will be given to the students in the first lecture. Normally each course will have 3 to 4 assessments in the form of practical, written, oral presentation and final examinations.

Study Environment

IIBIT provides state of the art learning facilities. Study Environment is fully equipped with spacious classrooms, overhead projectors during the lectures and tutorial, audio and video facilities etc.

Lab Facilities

IIBIT has computer labs equipped with high speed and cutting edge technology computers with all the required software. Each computer has access to the Internet and is connected to the IIBIT local campus network. IIBIT provides a computer system for every student in tutorial sessions.

Recreational Facilities

IIBIT is fully equipped with the areas like student lounge and study rooms which are available to all students. These include kitchen facilities and areas for students to socialize and relax outside of study time. The common room also has pay phone facility and vending machines.

All the lectures labs and tutorials are held at 209 Castlereagh Street & 841 George Street Campuses Sydney.
