Procedure
To be eligible for an Australian student visa, all prospective international students are required to apply for and be accepted into a registered course, or part of a registered course, by a registered Australian education provider. IIBIT is a registered provider under Australian Government legislation (Registered Provider Number 01917B).
Prospective students should complete an application Form, Attach the required documents and return the form on the below address.

Age Requirement
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the
proposed commencement of their studies in the University.
Offer Process
Successful applicants will receive an official letter of offer
from the University’s Director of International Student Programs
specifying the details of the course or courses, the required fees,
the terms and conditions of enrolment and other relevant information.
The offer must be accepted in writing and one semester’s course
fee, and compulsory medical insurance, must be paid after a Pre
visa approval is granted to the applicant. After acceptance for
the offer and payment of fees, the University will send each confirmed
student and Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) form, in
order for the student to apply to the Australian diplomatic post
for a final student visa to come to Australia.
Course Deferral
Sometimes new students choose to defer the start of their course,
for a number of reasons, Students may reserve their place in a course
for a period agreed with the University. However, the normal maximum
period of deferment is one year. Students receiving an offer of
a place in a course who wish to defer the start of their course
must write to the University’s International Student Office
outlining the reason for their deferment request. Deferment of the
start of a course after as student arrives in Australia is subject
to Australian immigration rules.
